The staff was service-oriented and delightfully helpful; I would happily go back again. Enjoyed my really good stay for 2 nights.- The staff greeted everyone and were ready to help.- It was brand-new, generous-sized and with a bath tub.- The location was perfect and incredible for me, near to the best shopping streets in Berlin and all the major sights.- I was just a short walk away from Aquarium Berlin.

Possibly the best and delightful stay in February. The rooms - modest, reasonably spacious with well equipped bathroom, electronic devices plus a free bottle of water.

we were in berlin for 3 days, had very very good stay, the hotel was clean with incredible location close to the fantastic zoo. the provided breakfast was wonderful and tasty with extra coffee, seafood, an amazing food. the staff was exceptionally helpful and especially helpful providing assistance.

The double room I stayed in was carpeted and had a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to the underground.- The staff at the hotel were helpful and polite.

The hotel was 1st class and perfectly clean with service-minded and outstandingly helpful staff at the reception desk. Good bread, bangers, bacon and meats, overall the breakfast was tasty. The property was centrally located not too far from a famous West Berlin thoroughfare.

Views were very very bad.

Location, room

I bought breakfast one day - and it was really poor. The worst breakfast I had in a 5 star hotel.

Actually my arrival; I arrived very earley befor 8 in the morning (after sleeping about 3 hours the night before) but goy my room at once so I unpacked, had a qiuck shover, went down for breakfast and then slept for about 2 hours.By giving me my room at once Kempinski gave my 5 day stay I Berlin a perfect start.

I think Kempinski charges a little bit too much for their breakfast, it was indeed good was it worth € 25,-?
